I worked there for a seasonal type deal because I knew a manager who used to work there. But a close friend of mine is currently working there right now.. He said it hasn't changed much. It's always super fast pace, if there's no customers, there's prep, if there's no prep, there's cleaning, stock, and so on. The managers ride the hell out of you as well. Shitty pay, but if you're just desperate for a job, then go for it. The people you work with are usually pretty cool, and sometimes on weekend if you're closing, everyone just kinda hangs around and has a few drinks when the restaurant is closed.
Also.. they interview 5-10 people for just 1 position, and they're really just looking for people with open schedules.. any 16 year old kid can do this job, so there's really not much skill involved.. So if you're able to, give them as much availability as you can. Then once you're settled in for a while and they see you're legit, then tell them you have to change your availability for whatever reason.
