So I was minding my own business and shit, killing this dragon and then going up to a shrine nearby to get a word then this dude...

...and ended up with this sweet +20% lockpick, archery and alchemy mask.

Spoiler! bursts out of a coffin, flying around and shit and throws fireballs at me. I used the blocks nearby for cover and took him down with arrows. ...and ended up with this sweet +20% lockpick, archery and alchemy mask.
