Just leave your 11:30 am class 5-10 minutes early and haul ass to the main bus loop otherwise if it's a wednesday you'll be packed into a nasty steamy 145 bus.

If you've got no option, the 144 (Metrotown) can save you tons of time if there's massive bus lineups. It'll take you to spirling burnaby lake, and the train will be less packed as not many students are on it (especially if you're headed to surrey). Definitely doable.
