coconut juice from asian markets are very bad for you. most of them contain sodium nitrite as preservative. that chemical harms your digestive system and can cause colon cancer.
the only canned coconut juice i drink is blue monkey and i buy them at whole foods. you can also buy the fresh young coconut juice that is already chopped and ready to poke a straw and drink at whole foods. they are about $3.86 each but really good and you can eat the coconut meat as well.
