I felt pretty beast doing deadlifting today but my grip is totally fucked. I can double overhand any weight with straps (obviously).
I can mix grip any weight, but only if I have my left hand under, right hand over. The opposite does not work, and when I first started working out I wouldn't rotate my under/over hand and as a result it seems like my one trap is slightly bigger than the other. Ever since I noticed that, straps all the time, but I sell use doubler overhand on warmup, and every once in awhile a working set, just to make sure my forearms stay strong.
