could start with 200grams of carbs and work your way down to 100G, Keep protien high, keep the fat high " thanks skinny" it will help you tons when you are not getting the normal amount of carbs. Coconut milk peanut butter were my best friends. Still try to eat lots of food but just watch your carb intake, try to cut out all types of breads and grains. Tons of meat and eggs lots of veggies not so much fruit.
bulking is a whole diff ball game, when i bulk its game over lol prob like 800-1000 grams of carbs lol
