Very quick rinse to avoid having them soaked with water. We have an electric stove and wet vegetables on that heat source ends up with steamed or boiled vegetables :/

Keep your mushrooms away from water! I don't even wipe mine down

I wonder how many foodsafe violations I've committed, I've heard arguments on both sides..
