I haven't experienced this pairing issue you guys describe but one thing I notice that I keep forgetting is to turn on/off Blackberry Bridge on my Blackberry.

I sit there thinking "WTF did I do wrong?" for minutes until I find out I disabled Blackberry Bridge on my phone.
