Luongo was pulled twice in last year's playoffs AND was opted against twice as starting goaltender. Shoulda been 3 (for SCF gm 3) if the dude's wishes didn't have so much weight on the coaches' calls.
That being said, it's not like I've ALWAYS been a Luongo hater... it's just that he's not the same athletic agility-based goalie anymore.
That being said #2: it's not like Schneider has ever done a full 82 long season so even though he's proven his peak is currently better than Lu right now, whether or not he can sustain it for a full season is still highly questionable; and all everyone can do is speculate with nothing but a small sample size as a basis.
