ur best bet is to look on ebay for reputable dealers

but there are quite a few good shops in vancouver for pens with similar pricing as you can find online, i like Perks Pens when i shop locally << on Cambie great lil shop and prices etc

if you use the search you can find a few threads discussing the local shops etc

if you want to shop around online you can check out this site too Fine Pens, Ladies & Men's Watches, Mont Blanc Fountain Pens, Longines Watches | WorldLux.com (its in seattle) they've usually got coupon codes online that you can find

Pen Boutique | Fine Pens, Writing Instruments | Montblanc pens, Mont Blanc Pens, Cartier pens, Cross pens, fountain pens, Rollerball Pens, waterman pens, parker pens, pelikan pens

Fountain Pen Specialists established 2000: The Writing Desk. Fountain Pens and Fine Writing Instruments, Fountain Pen Ink, Quality Stationery and Premium Writing Accessories. << usually get my ink from there lots of options great prices

Im not a fan of Mont Blanc imo you can get nicer pens @ that price from Pelikan / Faber-Castell but a lot of ppl know MontBlanc so i guess they do make for good gifts i got my bff a starwalker when he became a realtor and it looks rather nice (with that "floating" logo on the tip)
