Im currently running on a E6600, 8800GTS 320mb, 8GB DDR2 800 ram and 60gb OCZ SSD. Is it worth getting this mobo and CPU deal and re using my Antec w/e PSU and buying some DDR3 ram and video card?

I'm guessing itll be like 250~ + 250$ video card and 100$ on ram to get this up to date? I'll be re-using my P180 case.

Mainly used for Adobe Premier Pro and BF3.

Sorry for the offtopic but I thought it'd be better to ask here than to open up a new thread.
