Thanks guys. Just got off the phone with telus, everything is setup and wifi working again. He's still giving me the same BS story about how Telus was trying to implement an update and a glitch caused the name change...why is he giving me this story? Anyways, how do I disable remote admin? Also, should I change my passwords to my online banking, etc (I have McAfee total protection on my computer, and it says everything is 100%). Lastly, apart from password protection, are there any routers with improved security features?
