i work for telus higher up in said department... there was a glitch and yes it happened to many ppl after a remote firmware upgrade to those with siemens modems. i have the documentation regarding it open right now.
siemens modems r crap and there is an active order to replace all siemens modems out as we speak. pm me ur number and ill see what i can do about getting it replaced free of charge
or ill give u info on how it can be done.
yes telus tsr's most of the time dont know wtf is going on but this time they did lol
