I'm not too clear on what these sessions would be called, but I was just wondering if there were any of these sessions held in Richmond or Vancouver, where singles or couples could just learn to cook one dish from a chef.

If you aren't sure what I am referring to, it's like that scene in "Hitch" where Will Smith and his date went to a warehouse and they were learning to cook a certain dish, I don't quite remember the exact settings.

BTW I am not looking for classes or anything more than a few sessions if needed even that.
