ive been to the dirty apron and it was pretty fun.
4 hours hands on, great ingredients (when i went the main protein was berkshire pork loin), wine included with each course, and really nice instructors.
a little steep at around 150pp, but its 4 hours and the portions are large enough for you to take home and eat for at least another meal or two.
