Little word of advice.

After you sign a retention plan, CHECK YOUR BILL!

I negotiated $58 for

For the same thing they add in unlimited text?? for another 10 dollars. and they fucked up the discount on CID so i paid 70 this month..

Also, they said they would credit my account for the sim card i had to buy later. Look at my bill, lo and behold nothing.

i STRONGLY recommend everyone that got a renewal to check their plans and payments carefully

going to call fido tmr and see how things go.. what can i do if they said that this was what you negotiated on..?
