what would you guys recommend for a "wake up" after work
up at 5:30, work from 7-5, home by 6:30 and don't feel like doing shit all when i get home
i walk all day long, up and down stairs...normally tired as shit when i get home but i want to start hitting the gym again but i'm just too tired
i don't need any too crazy with super jacked up shit, just something to give me an energy boost when i get home and before the gym
