If it makes you feel any better I couldn't even get the 100's up yesterday and during the chest challenge a week or two ago I popped them up for 11 reps. 90's were all I could manage for a full set. Being really sick for a week destroyed me. I lost 11lbs and have gained back a couple but worse I lost like 10% of my strength that I now have to fight to get back.
