i will say though if you email the richmond store directly their CS is great but if you have to deal with HQ (Alberta) you may as well just shoot yourself and after googling it seems a lot of people have issues with ME CS (when dealing with their online sales team HQ) |
for in-store CS, I definitely prefer ME over NCIX. Never dealt with the online team though..
