Caffeine is actually extremely good for you, in the right amounts. Study after study shows this...
But yeah, you don't want to take more than your body can handle.
To me, assault looks like one of those supplements where they just take whatever is trendy, and put it all into one supplement. Beta alanine is great, but it's not a pre-workout supplement, especially not 4g only on workout days. BCAAs are awesome, but you need a lot more than 6g preworkout to get anything from them. Creatine fine, I prefer not to use it before workout though, as it can dehydrate you and cause cramping. Add a bunch of other "stuff" and some 'pump' ingredients, and I honestly can't see why people are raving about it so much. It must taste really fucken good!
Edit: I see that it does have caffeine. So there ya go
