2008 (240 lbs): I'm not that fat... turns into... holy fuck I'm so fat. Move to Toronto. Holy jesus, it's cold. Blubber insulation FTW!
2009 (195 lbs): Move back to Vancouver. Start dragonboat. Twice a week? So much?!?

Mmm.. donuts.
2010 (180 lbs): Competitive dragonboat time. I need to do WHAT to make the team?

Starting lifts - 95 lbs on squats, 45 on the bench. Pull-ups: 0. 5k paddling time trial: 40 minutes
2011 (170 lbs): Canadian National team?
