Gigabyte Z68X-UD3H-B3 ATX LGA1155 Z68 DDR3 1PCI-E16 3PCI-E1 2PCI HDMI SLI SATA3 USB3.0 Motherboard - Gigabyte - GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3

Thoughts? I know a lot of you guys run the UD4 but I'd like an unbiased opinion on this one. Runs in my price range. Is it really worth it to get the 4 over this? I don't plan on doing any OC'ing.
