Happy Holidays,

Got iphone 4 other day from Mac store. Have a pc windows 7 running iTunes 10

I have under my library / iphone setions ( music, movies, tones)

For the life of me I am unable to set myself my own music ring tone clip. Tried every search online for ways to create 30 second clip , change to m4r file, drag and drop. nothing will drop into the "tones" section.
