I tested at 16% bodyfat. 183lbs. I'm trying to get to 10% its so fucking hard but its going to get done.

I got tested because with xmas/new years etc. coming I know the dieting is going to be impossible. January 3rd will start cut again. Since dec 17 (jayz concert ) I'm eating healthy but not how strict I was for a little while there. Plus the drinking is coming back.

if this is your first time dieting like very seriously, getting into the 12-8% body fat bracket is going to be a bitch. Just stick with it dude it takes time, remember when i cut from 290 down to 215 ish. That was a journey and a half. Just look how far you have gone and much farther you will go. Lots of my buddies use clen and they get ripped up big time fast, not fair but it feels way better when you do it natural
