Depends. If I remember correctly he's in a pretty new relationship. Some girls just like to take, not because they are being selfish, but because they don't know better. I think it's just better that during the dating phase you find out stuff she likes to do and pretend you either a) like it, or actually like it, because she will be more inclined to ask you out. Also I don't think some girls realize how exhausting it is to always be the one that is trying to make the relationship, when it should be two sided.
I know it's pretty frustrating, but some girls are just bad at dating. I know some very attractive smart girls, who let there other things in their life take over and constantly complain why they are single, when they wont open up when someone gets interested in them.
