FUCK. I slipped on black ice a while ago and twisted my hip. When I tried to max out today, I started feeling it.
For deads, I did get 415 lbs easy but couldn't pull up the 435 lbs. I WILL TRY AGAIN BEFORE THE NEW YEAR AND GET IT.
