I mean I download English songs from foreign sites. It's apparently more popular in Europe.
Most sites will let you download a zip with everything you need for a song. This includes the audio, the lyrics and pitch in a text file, and a music video if available. There's a bunch here if you scroll down.

You can also put together your own songs using txt - mp3 - video files but it's quite tedious to get the timing right:
