Current for the big 3 right now are 2 Plate Bench, 3 Plate Squat, 4 Plate DL (plus a little bit more on each but I'm only counting the big plates) For next year I want to up 1 plate to each of those AT THE END OF THE YEAR. I'm not going to count the max I do mid year as I'm looking for long term gains
