Strength wise .. I don't think I'll ever be happy lol. Aiming for some big increases for sure, minimum 45lbs/side on my big 3 lifts. I saw that increase in 2011, hoping for the same in 2012

For all newbies:
KEEP THAT SHIT UP. If you don't see results even within a month or two, it'll come by soon enough. Put enough hours and dedication in and you'll see results.
