hmm... DAMN.. Memory Express took off the i5 deal until Jan14th

but why im getting the BSOD Video Memory Management error... somethings its IRQL thing...

Ive cleared CMOS and set it to optimized defaults and not change bios settings... i dont get BSOD.. just freezes... the min req says C2D is ok..
