Not a budget gaming setup, but would be nice because my cousin does a little bit of gaming. She currently plays L4D2 on some shitty GeForce 6000.

On the motherboard specifics, it says it supports CPUs up to 95W. The X4 955 has a TDP of 125W.
Will there be negative effects from this pairing? I did some Googling online, and from what I found, the CPU does run on the motherboard.
