You can get them molded. Use a normal skate oven. Sportchek wont charge you for baking.

A hair dryer wont be hot enough to heat mold a pair of skates.

And when we do baking you dont walk around in them. At most stand for a few minutes, but no flexing of the skate.

Vapor XVI will soften up and only improve ever so slightly with molding. Since theyre used theyre probably broken in already and molding wont do a whole lot. The difference is much greater in higher end skates.
