Not really. Most of them run. I dont think any of them lift. I'm somewhat motivated to go but it's always nice to have though. Anyone in surrey want to be my workout partner ?

I was going to use them first week and then every 4 weeks after. I only have 3 sessions in the "package". What would I do for the first week. I wont know how many reps or what machine to use. I'm ASNOOBASITGETS
