in for a swim. haha

my brine has water, salt, sugar, bay leaves, peppercorns, corriander, mustard seeds, garlic cloves, onion, carrot, celery, thyme, rosemary and parsley.

brine for a day, remove, pat dry, cook until reaches temp.... DONE! :P
