i haven't tried them, but from what i've read, they should be pretty good. i've had sennheiser cx400s and they were great. using panasonic hje 900s now, which i would highly recommend, but they're sadly discontinued.
by the way, what music do you listen to and what kind of preferences do you have for playback (eg. more bass, treble, etc)? each brand/model has a different sound profile.
