I will start
Chinese braised Chicken
250ml soy sauce
1 cinn stick
75gram sugar 1/3 cup, ( i used splenda dieting )
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2.3cm piece of fresh ginger i put 5 in
4 garlic cloves
1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
1.5kg chicken thighs skin removed
1. combine water soy sauce ginger garlic vinegar and chili flakes and bring to a boil, add the chicken and then reduce heat to a min then let sit for 50min,
2. serve with bokchoy
there is a ton of sauce left over so i use to for days on just about to be done with it, you could put beef in there also if u want, endless solutions
