on a related note, theres actual online calculators where you can punch in your height, wrist measurement, and sometimes other standard bone measurements like head, etc. and they will tell you what your body frame is, and things like how much meat you can carry.

edit: heres one. not sure if its 'perfect' or ideal attainable.
http://www.etoolsage.com/Calculator/...it=in.&Wrist=7

for a 7" wrist you should be:
Chest Size: 45.5 in.Waist Size: 31.85 in.
Hip Size: 38.67 in.upper arm: 16.38 in.
Forearm Size: 13.19 in.Thigh Size: 24.12 in.
Calve Size: 15.47 in.Neck Size: 16.84 in.

theres a book written in depth about this. describes what is technically the absolute perfect body shape. steve reeves was pretty obsessed with it and thats what he aimed for when he was body building. thats where i first got interested in reeves after reading it. reeves came pretty close i think. zane was up there too. this is why i MUCH prefer the aesthetics of the pre-olympia era of bodybuilding, and also the 70s era. i really dont like the mutant era we are in now. as amazing as it is.

all your body parts are supposed to be sized off eachother. like your bicep is suposed to be X times larger than your wrist. calf should be i think the same as bicep. quad X times larger than calf. neck X times your head. shoulders X times your neck. chest X times your waste. etc.

edit: heres one of the calculators i think
