If that's most comfortable, sure. Maybe 4-6x a day though. I'm not sure what your BW is, but you will probably want to take 8-10g a day at least for the first month. Take the largest dose that is comfortable maybe. For me I have been taking it for quite a while so I just do two 4g scoops a day. It dissolves completely and is basically tasteless.
Remember it's like creatine, it has to build up before it takes effect.
