I haven't posted in this thread before. I've been working out for about a year have seen a bit of gain in muscle size, but lately any sort of bicep work has been really start to hurt my left bicep, I don't kno if it's my tendons or the muscle itself. I'm gonna stop doing anything that targets the biceps until I figure this out. Any tips on making it heal any faster
