You guys put way to much effort in for my time management skills.
1 of my quick "meals" is this...
Macaroni Noodles (enough to, when cooked, fill a big pot)
4-5 cans of Tuna
Mayo (I like it to be a little on the "to much" mayo side as it get's dry easy)
Sliced Green onion.
Makes a big ass pot and I just dip in and eat until I'm full. Good Carb/Protein/Fat balance.
2nd easy meal.
1 Box of Kraft Dinner/Rice-a-Roni/Hamburger Helper depending on my mood.
1lb Lean Ground Beef.
That's fucking it. Eat it.
At this stage in my life I'm eating because I have to not because I want to. I have very little time to actually cook so all my meals are quick, easy and to the point.
Berz out.
