Ya I know my bench is weak
But with powerlifting, it's either you can squat/deadlift huge ass numbers and you can't bench much or it's you can bench a school bus but can't deadlift/squat worth shit.
There are exceptions where some people are solid across the board but then people are raising questions.....
Plus when you fluctuate weight classes like me, the first place that muscle mass and strength disappears is from your upper body, ie your bench drops. Loosing leg mass is next to impossible once you've built them up

Ya. This was the BC Powerlifting Winter Open meet held at Granville Island. That picture is my 2nd attempt on deadlift. Body was already shutting down at that time with all the soreness and latic acid buildup. Picture was taken around 6:30pm (we started at 2pm)
