I recommend buying a milwaukee heated jacket. Uses same batteries as their cordless tools and lasts up to 6 hours per battery charge.

I also wear a set of paradox base layer, which can be found at Costco, before winter starts.

Marks work wearhouse has a lot of warm stuff for reasonable prices.
