Arty SHOULD be making the Show,it's just that his passport got stolen,i thought he would have to WAIT forever since the Russian government is slow when it comes to getting a new passport,But now that they posted the Tour Date's...Look's like he's jetting off to Miami FL after the show & on Canadian soil during February
that should be our confirmation that it's going to happen
