You can get replacement at any hardware place. Rona, Homedepot and stuff.
If you ask employees, they might give you it for free since suppliers give them spare parts. I had to replace mine and the guys at Rona helped me out. They also have them on the shelf but i told the guy that my faucet was pretty new and he gave me a replacement
