He's probably right. I saw a guy teaching his buddy how to deadlift. He was hogging a rack with 10lbs on each side of the 7foot bar. Back was so arched it looked like there was a string attached to the middle of his back that was pulling him up. He maxed with 25 lbs on each side and then proceeded to rub his back for ten minutes. Meanwhile, I'm on the rack next to him pulling up a whole lot more, and this guy's BIGGER than me (upper body), and I wasn't rubbing my back after lol.

Hell, even when I started working out my own brother taught me the deadlift wrong. It's a hard exercises to master.




@strykn what I did at FW was that I'd keep my chalk in a lulu lemon bag, insert one hand at a time, and pull it out without anyone seeing heh.
