My HP PC has been really laggy for the last few months.
It's mostly online stuff such as videos, they are just choppy and hard to watch. Or in Windows media player and so on.

no problems with big programs like photoshop or editing HD 1080p video.

basic info on stock factory HP:
AMD Athlon(tm) II X4 630 Processor 2.80 GHz
6GB DDR3 ram
HP PC 64bit Windows 7
1TB hard drive... about 8-10% full.


It just seems like its really clogged. Any good cleaning programs or anything specific that will help? I don't think I really need anything upgraded performance wise.
I used Error Fix if anyone knows what that is on my old PC but didn't have a lag issue then.
When I first got it just a little over a year ago it was super quick. Its been slowly going down hill since.
