exotic I'm running AVG with AVG Tune Up, the Tune Up has by far the most optimizing and useful options out of any software I have ever used, and they're not just for show either they actually work.
over 20+ and some me like disk registry maintenance, software control, internet optimization, system tweaks and my favorite feature is the recommendation one, where you run it and it tells you all the shit that's running on your pc as a service slowing you down that you don't really need or use...
I used to think computers were cool and worth my time tinkering with, but I've grown out of that phase so now I just keep all my important files on an external HD and when shit like this starts happening, I take a short time to try and fix it but I usually end up telling it to go fuck itself and find myself re-installing windows completely instead of spending days or weeks wasting time trying to fix it...
