This is my whole point, right here. I used to do this too, now I don't worry about an external HD, and don't even know where my OS discs are - because you simply don't have to do this stuff. If that makes me an idiot, I guess I'm an idiot, but I'm an idiot who isn't wasting his time reformatting his computer.
