Yeah, the high is very gradual.
And I find it's really clean.
Umm. I usually just keep going until the leafs turn brownish/black. Or when I can taste the smoke.
As soon as it get's black, you're burning the herb. So you can still hit it, but it's not vapor, it's smoke.
