Without meaning to come across as pretentious I'm liking the looks I've been getting during my arm workouts the last couple weeks. Especially doing seated overhead tricep extensions with the DB. I managed to get the 110lb'er up for 5 reps today and noticed quite a few people had stopped their sets to watch, like noone believed I was going to do it. Couple

I was 198lbs on the scale today, here are my 1RM's. I've got long ass legs so squats are a huge range of motion, and I never do flat bench, always dumbbells. So those two are pretty weak

But no excuses: the work continues.
